Similarly, Citrus Bath Milk, with its tangy blend of essential oils of Citrus fruits, has a delightfully refreshing effect when added to the bath. Directions for use: Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2 - 3 capfuls into the running water to disperse. A water temperature of 37o C /98o F is recommended. Do not bathe longer than 20 minutes. After bathing, dry the body gently, cover with a soft towel and ideally relax for at least half an hour in warm surroundings. Use 1 capful to a foot-bath or basin, agitate water with the hand to mix the milk. In the shower or as a quick freshener, use a few drops on a moist cloth. To refresh a room, add a few drops to a small bowl of warm water. When sponging down someone with a fever, add a few drops to the water. Suitable for vegans. Review: This is my new favourite bath additive. The smell is beautifully citrusy and invigorating. I love Lush bath bombs and the Avobath is my favourite. This smells a bit like that, but you get a lot more baths for your money out of it. You only need a little bit poured under running water, and the scent is strong enough that it doesn't disappear as soon as the bath is run, like cheaper bath products often do. I think the milk is helping moisturise my skin as well. Love it!
