Review: I'd been building up to using this as I've been using conventional hair dye for years but had started to get an irritated scalp, have a tendency to eczema anyway and so was concerned about continuing. My hair's almost 50% white, the rest is naturally dark brown and I'd heard all sorts of horror stories about how the white would go bright orange. In fact, the henna didn't have as huge an impact as I thought it would - I left it on for an hour instead of the recommended 15-30 mins for white hair, as the white didn't seem to be changing colour. Now it's dried, however, the white hairs have darkened to a gingery blonde-brown that actually does blend with the rest of my hair. I know henna works differently on different hair, but that would be my one recommendation - to leave it on longer than it says if you have white hairs. Otherwise it was straightforward to use and not as messy as I'd anticipated. If you've not done it before, it is like smearing a cowpat on your head. It takes a bit of rinsing off, but gloves and even a plastic cover for your head are provided (although I'd recommend using a non-metallic shower cap on top of that, too, as it's not elasticated. I've just dyed it this morning and now ordered another few packs, so that shows how happy I am with it.

Review: I actually ordered this by mistake. I thought I had ordered the Henna Cream which is excellent in comparison to the powdered product. Coverage was not deep enough and left my hair looking a little orange, although it was soft and shiny. The product is a little gritty too when applying to hair. I much prefer the Surya cream which I intend to stick to in future. However the service was good and I received it within a few days of order.
